If you received the wrong item please reach out within 2 business days with a picture. 
WE ARE Not responsible for user error. This includes - but is not limited to - damage while applying the wrap or damage from washing. please make sure to follow instructions before applying any transfer. 
  
Wrong Address:

Please be careful when placing your order.

We are obligated to ship your order to the address stipulated on your order whether you have inputted this correctly or not.

With modern technology, internet browsers and phone operating systems providing autofill for convenience, it can make it easy to make it autofill to an incorrect or old address.

We understand that mistakes happen, and we want to do whatever we can to get your order to you ASAP! we cannot guarantee a change request will be processed.

If you've made a mistake, let us know ASAP to give us every opportunity to fix the address before it gets sent out.

if your order it has already been sent out, unfortunately we are unable to change this.

If you have made an error in entering your address, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned-to-sender and received by us.

Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds in the event an incorrect address is provided.
